Why White Label?

Running a White Label Affiliate Scheme means we get asked some questions fairly often. One of the top ten has to be “Why should I choose a White Label solution instead of joining a third party Network?”.

Let’s get straight to the heart of this!

Some key benefits of going with a White Label Travel product are:

  • It will enable you to build your own Travel brand.
  • You can sell Travel products directly on your website.
  • You will benefit from any repeat business.
  • Your customers’ booking path is very simple – they research on your site, search on your site and book on your site – they never have to go over to another brand to book.

On the other side of the coin, third party Affiliate Networks also have certain benefits:

  • It takes very little development work to set up this kind of affiliation.
  • You can earn money for placing ready made banners and widgets on your site.
  • You can capitalize on Expedia or Hotels.com’s brand.

So why choose our White Label?

Using the EAN Travel White Label allows you to completely build out your own product. You choose what to promote and how to do it. You get to build your own site completely, and satisfy the booking requirements of your niche market with our fantastic inventory.

  • Our White Label is easy to use – you can get up and running within hours.
  • Our products are all customizable with your own header and footer, and you can show as much or as little of our inventory as you need to suit your needs.
  • We offer the option of co-branding your site if you want to use the Expedia or Hotels.com brand name to help your sales.
  • Our White Label comes with some great marketing tools, widgets and banners to help you create promotions and merchandize your site.

White labelling in general is so adaptable – large companies can use it to introduce new products or inventory to their portfolio whereas small companies or individuals can use a white label solution to start selling travel products online through their existing sites or blogs. An individual can get a White Label Travel site up and running just as quickly as a large multinational organization. Our White Label can be used to build a travel brand from scratch, compliment existing travel products or to offer travel products as an aside on your site which caters to an as yet untapped niche market.

We think our White Label suits most travel affiliates’ needs – from those who want a very simple integration and would traditionally opt for an Affiliate Network right through to those who may have to look at the additional development cost of using XML with other White Label Travel providers. Our White Label is powerful enough to fit into any niche market, but with access to competition-beating inventory that also allows for a cover-all travel site.

Can you guys post something about Cruise integration? I’m about to launch my site but my cruise searches go to a different header that sends my users into the TravelNow.com site without my CID. Is there a way to have the cruise search results display the same way as the Hotel/Flight/Cars results?

Thank you for your feedback, Atlas. We found this issue recently and have submitted to have it fixed by our tech team. We don’t have an estimated resolution time yet, so you might want to move forward with your site launch without the cruise integration. If you have further questions please contact affiliate@ian.com for assistance.

I am starting to use your white label solution. We are doing some tests. Our opinion is that it is a interesting solution. However, we are facing some questions/problems and we need your help. I appologise if this is not the proper place to ask for help, but if there is another place I did not find it.
To develop a white label project, we find mandatiry to mask the URL. So, we are masking the URL. But when we do that, some parts of the site don’t work. Example: calendar in search widget, search button in search widget, the manage of languages and currency does not appear. What can we do here to solve these problems?
Another problem is when someone makes a reservation, he/she receives an email from reply@ian.com and with the information that it is an affiliate of expedia affiliate network. we think that it should be sent and email from our email. The affiliate logo should be optional.
You never write the web address of affiliate! We think that this may be confusing for customer.
Thank you for your kind attention.

Hi Jose, thank you for your comments

You can send your inquiries to affiliate@ian.com, the CNAME should work with all elements of our white label, but if you send us an email with your CID, CNAME and the url of your home page we may be able to assist you better.

Regarding the booking email, it would be impossible for us to send emails on behalf of all our affiliates as we don’t control their domain names, so we use a neutral email address.

        Hi,

I sent a message to the email address you told me, but until now I didn’t receive any answer. So, I am writing here to tell you that the above problem maintains, if I mask the URL or if I put it in iframe, the site doesn’t work. My company has 130.000 customers and we are not doing business with this white label solution, because it doesn’t work. If this is not solved or if EAN maintains to not support its affiliates, we will need to consider to change hotel provider.

      HI;

I’m afraid we no longer offer white label for flights as current flight market conditions don’t allow us to give commission on flights
